Territory Sales Manager

OverviewTerritory Sales Manager to cover SE Saskatchewan, Manitoba, and to a much lesser extent, Northern US regions. Individuals will have in-depth knowledge of products, applications, industry terminology, customers, and competition. The successful Territory Sales Manager will develop plans to manage opportunity pipelines and key accounts, implement pricing and commercial terms, complete reporting requirements, and identify growth opportunities within a region that aligns with S3 Group and its divisions, S3 Air Systems capabilities and strategies. This position can be based at an S3 location or anywhere in Western Canada.ResponsibilitiesCold-call current and potential customers and dealers; travel to meetings as needed. Frequent travel is required.Develop a growing dealer network and customer delivery schedules; coordinate with production on schedules, prioritization, and quality issues.Document call reports and expense reports; respond to and address customer service calls as necessary.Work within S3\'s MRP system to generate sales orders, quotes, and to search for inventory and lead times.Receive calls pertaining to parts, service, warranty, and customer inquiries/complaints; enter and follow up on Customer Non-Conformances.Enter Return Material Authorizations and credit memos in the MRP system; manage forecasts, quoting, order processes, and product returns.Generate costing reports for sales margins.Communicate clearly and promptly using appropriate tools and techniques.Attend trade shows and industry conferences; participate in Production Meetings as requested.Identify new sales and product development opportunities and present them to the Manager.Perform other tasks as assigned by the VP of Sales; perform all tasks with safety in accordance with the Safety Manual.QualificationsMinimum of 3 years office experience and 4 years sales experience.Ability to manage a wide variety of priorities in a fast-paced environment; positive and cooperative team player.Capable of working with minimal supervision while maintaining accuracy and composure in high-pressure situations; strong attention to detail.Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.Agricultural background is preferred.Excellent organization and the ability to communicate effectively with customers.Must have a valid Class 5 Driver\'s License and be able to travel extensively for work.Please apply with cover letter & resume. #J-18808-Ljbffr
