Production Line Mechanic

Nous sommes à la recherche d'un mécanicien de ligne de production pour notre usine pharmaceutique de Vaudreuil-Dorion. Quart de jour: du lundi au vendredi de 7:30 à 16:00 Description de poste Le candidat aura les fonctions suivantes: Supporter les opérations de fabrication, de remplissage et d'emballage de produits pharmaceutiques. Effectuer les changements de formats sur notre ligne de production. Effectuer les ajustements et réparations en cours de production. Effectuer l'entretien préventif des équipements, du bâtiment et des utilités. Participer activement aux projets d'améliorations de nos équipements et procédés. Utiliser un jigger et un chariot élévateur (formation donnée sur place au besoin). S’assurer de respecter les BPF et les règles de santé et sécurité dans l’exécution de ses fonctions. Effectuer toutes autres tâches requises au besoin. Qualifications D.E.P. en Mécanique Industrielle, D.E.P. en Maintenance Industrielle, ou D.E.P. en Électromécanique. Français ou anglais parlé. Bonnes habiletés de communication. Autonomie et bon jugement. Excellente capacité de résolution de problèmes mécaniques et électriques. Bonne dextérité manuelle. Conduite de jigger et/ou chariot élévateur (un atout). Expérience dans l’industrie pharmaceutique (un atout). Participates in the installation of new production equipment and in the continuous improvement projects. RESPONSIBILITIES Support manufacturing, filling, and packaging operations of pharmaceutical products and medical devices Perform format changeovers on the production line Carry out adjustments and repairs during production Perform preventive maintenance on equipment, building, and utilitiesActively participate in equipment and process improvement projects Operate a pallet jack and a forklift (training provided on site if required) Ensure compliance with GMPs and health and safety regulations while performing duties Perform any other related tasks as required REQUIREMENTS DEP in Industrial Mechanics, Industrial Maintenance, or Electromechanics Excellent mechanical and electrical knowledge Written and Spoken Languages: English and French Good communicator. Autonomous and good judgment. Excellent capacity in mechanical and electrical problem resolution Good manual dexterity Computer knowledge (MS Office, Maintenance Management Software) Work experience in a pharmaceutical environment with knowledge of GMPs Available to answer emergency calls (cellphone will be provided) #J-18808-Ljbffr
