POSITION OVERVIEW: We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Client Experience Analyst to join our growing team. This role is pivotal in driving our growth strategy and will focus on client experience and business development. The ideal candidate should be a self-starter with strong interpersonal skills, a good understanding of financial markets and experience or capabilities in utilizing AI tools to drive operational improvements and innovation. KEY RESPONSABILITIES: Prepare detailed reports, presentations, marketing materials and client proposals. Support operational activities related to portfolio management and client servicing. Collaborate with the EVP in developing and implementing strategies for business development and client experience. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies. QUALIFICATIONS: You should have between 2 and 5 years of relevant experience, but exceptional candidates will also be considered. Undergraduate university diploma in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field. Good understanding of financial markets and investment strategies. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills in French and English. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Understanding of AI tools related to the investment landscape WHY JOIN THE TEAM?
