Le Représentant service à la clientèle aura les responsabilités suivantes :

The Customer Service Representative will have the following responsibilities:
  • Provide courteous and efficient service based on an excellent knowledge of our products to maximize customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain established inventory control procedures.
  • Manage warranties, policies, and procedures from other companies, making daily operational decisions.
  • Coordinate orders for parts and tools, ensuring follow-up with customers.
  • Oversee processes such as cash control, returns, warranties, and daily formalities to comply with internal audit standards.
  • Implement cleanliness standards.
  • Responsible for opening and closing the service branch, including cash register and computer checks.
  • Implement branch promotions and programs in collaboration with the branch manager.
  • Contribute to branch shipments and receipts.
  • Foster relationships with local representatives and territory managers to enhance service activities.
The Customer Service Representative must meet the following mandatory requirements:
  • Must be a College or university graduate.
  • Bilingual (French and English)
  • Retail sales experience is an asset.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills; direct experience working with the public.
  • Demonstrated sales and organizational skills.
  • Ability to perform tasks within tight deadlines.
  • Proficient in computer skills, especially Microsoft Office
