- Provide courteous and efficient service based on an excellent knowledge of our products to maximize customer satisfaction.
- Maintain established inventory control procedures.
- Manage warranties, policies, and procedures from other companies, making daily operational decisions.
- Coordinate orders for parts and tools, ensuring follow-up with customers.
- Oversee processes such as cash control, returns, warranties, and daily formalities to comply with internal audit standards.
- Implement cleanliness standards.
- Responsible for opening and closing the service branch, including cash register and computer checks.
- Implement branch promotions and programs in collaboration with the branch manager.
- Contribute to branch shipments and receipts.
- Foster relationships with local representatives and territory managers to enhance service activities.
- Must be a College or university graduate.
- Bilingual (French and English)
- Retail sales experience is an asset.
