There's a seat at our table for you...Transportation Supervisor: Grande Prairie, ABShift: As per operational requirementsLocation: Grande Prairie, ABDepartment: TransportationReporting to: Najib Ammar- Transportation ManagerPosition Summary:Reporting to the Transportation Manager, the Transportation Supervisor is responsible for leading a team of Delivery Service Representatives through Servant Leadership. This position is a customer facing role and will be responsible for managing the day-to-day Transportation operations, ensuring that the company’s goals on Safety, Quality, Service, Cost and Morale are consistently achieved.Key Responsibilities:Supervises a team of Delivery Service Representatives towards providing customers with a high quality of service through the consistent application of best practices and standard procedures.Collaborates with the Sales department to ensure customer concerns are addressed.Evaluates individual and team performance using scorecard results and conducts root cause analysis on operational issues.Promotes a culture of recognition for excellent performance.Builds strong relationships with team members, peers and customers. Responds to team member questions and concerns in a timely manner.
