Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM (No evenings or weekends) We are a well-established Financial Planning firm with multiple advisors seeking a Full-Time Insurance Service Coordinator to support our growing team. This is an in-office, administrative support role focused on coordinating and processing insurance cases for our advisors. Dental care Disability insurance RRSP match RRSP Health Spending Account About the Role The ideal candidate will have previous experience in the insurance industry and a strong understanding of insurance products and processes. You’ll play a key role in ensuring smooth coordination between clients, advisors, and insurers. Key Responsibilities Process insurance applications for Term, Permanent, Group, Disability, and Accident & Sickness insurance. Prepare and maintain client files, reports, and case summaries. Create and manage Excel spreadsheets to track applications, renewals, and follow-ups. Handle group plan renewals, quotes, and administrative updates. Scan, organize, and maintain all paperwork electronically. Coordinate with advisors to support ongoing client projects and tasks. Skills and Qualifications Experience in the insurance industry is required. Strong understanding of: Term insurance Critical illness insurance Health and dental insurance Permanent insurance Disability insurance Experience processing investments is an asset. Excellent communication skills in English (French is an asset). Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PDF tools, and CRM software. 40+ WPM typing speed is an asset. LLQP license is not required, but considered an asset.
