Surface A&D Analyst Adecco is currently hiring a full-time motivated Surface A&D Analyst to join our clients Land A&D team in Calgary, AB. In this position you will play a critical role in supporting asset acquisition and divestiture (A&D) activities across the organization. This position requires a strong understanding of surface land regulations in Western Canada and the ability to manage complex projects with precision and efficiency. Shift: Monday – Friday | 8 hrs./day Job type: Temporary | Full-time | 12-month contract Here's why you should apply: Paid weekly accurate and on time Strong health and safety programs Medical and dental benefits once qualified Free training programs New and quicker onboarding process Responsibilities: Reviewing and validating land and well schedules Preparing conveyance documents for closing (asset license transfers, lease conveyances, land title transfers) Updating applicable land systems as required Identify potential risks associated with Surface A&D activities and communicate effectively with internal stakeholders Detect discrepancies and post-close deficiencies, and implement corrective actions Drive continuous process improvement and development initiatives Assist with various land-related projects as requested Complete chain of title reviews and resolve complex A&D issue Qualifications: Minimum 10 years of surface land experience, with a focus on A&D activity Petroleum Land Administration certificate or equivalent experience Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficiency with CS Land, OneStop, ETS, ISC, Land Titles, Abadata, and mapping programs Strong relationship-building skills with diverse stakeholders Solid understanding of regulations for Alberta, Saskatchewan, BC, and other relevant regulatory bodies In-depth knowledge of Western Canada surface regulations (BC, Alberta, Saskatchewan) Understanding of A&D requirements for Freehold, Crown, and Fee title Strong analytical skills for data interpretation and decision-making Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Commitment to continuous improvement and attention to detail Must be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada Are you interested in this position?
