Ride the next mile with us Responsibilities Work closely with managers to support employee relations management and proactively resolve conflicts. Support managers in managing, motivating, and developing their teams, ensuring a healthy and productive work environment. Participate in the development and implementation of internal procedures and policies, ensuring their compliance with labor standards. Track changes in employee status and manage promotions, transfers, and internal mobility. Contribute to performance management by providing support in evaluations and attendance management. Manage and monitor work accident files, including preparing files for internal and external audits. Ensure the application of human resources management principles and organizational strategies within the service center and stations. Manage the administrative aspects of working conditions and ensure their compliance with current standards. Contribute to improving the employee experience and promote a positive work environment. Produce statistical reports on HR performance indicators and analyze them to support strategic decisions. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in human resources management, industrial relations, or a related field. A minimum of five (5) years of relevant experience in human resources management, with significant expertise in labor relations and conflict management. A valid driver's license is required due to the travel involved in the position. Required languages: French and English.
