Entrepreneurial to our core, our talented team members transcend obstacles into opportunities and are successfully transforming mid-market business practices.ResponsibilitiesLead the proposal, planning and delivery of consulting engagements with a focus on strategy and planning services in the public, not-for-profit and Indigenous sectorsExecute business planning, feasibility studies, strategic planning, operational planning, program review, program re-design, financial analysis and other forms of management consultingManage engagement planning and scheduling as well as project financials (budgets, WIP, timely billing, collection, variance recognition)Identify innovative ways to deliver added value to clients; ensure needs are met and relationships grow and developReview, design and develop high-quality deliverables including reports, presentations and other correspondenceMaintain high quality control and apply specialized knowledge to anticipate, identify and address issues or key risks relevant to the client’s businessNetwork in the local business community, consider business development opportunities and lead the preparation and delivery of competitive proposals to meet client needsMentor, motivate and coach team members towards professional and personal development by setting clear expectations, providing feedback and conducting performance reviewsMaintain flexibility to travel, as necessarySkills And ExperienceBachelor’s or master’s degree in business, economics, political science or other related fieldCMC, PMP, Lean or other related certifications are considered an asset6 to 7 years of consulting experience, ideally in a client-service environmentExperience in business and practice developmentDemonstration of advanced project management skills and tacticsProven people management, relationship building and leadership skillsMyRewards@MNPWith a focus on high-potential earnings, MNP is proud to offer customized rewards that support our unique culture and a balanced lifestyle to thrive at work and outside of the office.
