Overview The Senior Financial Analyst in Finance is responsible for budgeting, forecasting, and analyzing software recurring revenues and providing leadership with data insights to help Quorum make strategic decisions. The ideal candidate will have previous experience with financial, Board and key metric reporting as well as corporate budgeting. The employee will be an integral part of the Finance team. Responsibilities Ownership and maintenance of the Software Revenue Model and Recurring Revenue Model; including monthly automation of data inputs, performing integrity checks, and producing accurate analytical exhibits Conducting detailed analysis of software recurring revenues and product mix, including complex variance analysis between actual results, forecasts, and budgets Collaborating with Sales, Success, and Contracts teams on business data insights, using BI tools and visualization platforms to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities Delivering monthly rolling forecasts for recurring revenues, including product distribution and key financial/operational metrics Assisting in the annual budget process, including scenario modeling, sensitivity testing, and currency impact studies Designing and presenting clear, insightful dashboards and presentations tailored for the Leadership Team and other stakeholders Implementing and improving recurring revenue management processes including data validation frameworks, integrity checks, version control, and automation of reporting workflows Driving continuous process improvements to enhance accuracy, scalability, and timeliness of financial analysis and reporting Key Competencies Strong expertise in complex financial and data analysis, including trend identification, scenario modeling, and sensitivity analysis Proven ability to design and apply data integrity checks to ensure accuracy, consistency, and reliability of financial outputs Advanced skills in data visualization (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) with the ability to present technical data in a clear and compelling way for non‑technical audiences Solid understanding of accounting, budgeting, and forecasting processes Ability to translate business decisions into financial metrics and data‑driven insights Sound knowledge of business analysis and financial modelling, including revenue forecasting techniques for subscription/recurring models Strong statistical and quantitative analysis skills, with an aptitude for diagnosing anomalies in large datasets Strong organization and planning skills with the ability to work in a time‑sensitive environment Self‑starter with ability to independently lead projects and introduce process efficiencies Exceptional attention to detail, accuracy, and commitment to data integrity Interpersonal, team and communication skills with the ability to manage relationships across all levels of the Company, including the Executive Leadership Team Qualifications CPA, University Degree, preferably Business with a focus on finance, economics or accounting Advanced knowledge of MS Office (predominantly Excel and PowerPoint) Minimum 5‑7 years’ experience in a related role Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI etc.) Previous Software Industry experience is an asset Experience with ERP and planning software (Workday Adaptive/OfficeConnect, Netsuite, Salesforce) is an asset Additional Details Background Check: The successful candidate will need to successfully complete the following clearances: Criminal History Check, Education Verification, Employment Verification, Driver’s License Verification and passport/ID validation.
