Let’s change the game together.Experience that will put you ahead as a candidatePast or present Airbus/Bombardier MRB Signing AuthorityStructure/design engineer experience with Airbus or Bombardier C series / A220Optional working schedules are possibleFull Day shiftsOvertime OptionalResponsibilitiesCarry out design analysis and create design dispositions for assembly manufacturing non‑conformances, assessing different repair scenarios for fit, form, and functionProcess detail and sub‑assembly concessions from risk‑sharing partners and Final Assembly LinesIdentify the most efficient methods for analysis whilst ensuring adherence to relevant airworthiness and customer procedural requirementsLiaise with multiple functions/suppliers (e.g., Design/Stress approvers) to ensure the most appropriate design solution is met with consideration to cost, time, performance, and installation requirementsCustomer‑facingAbility to explain and elevate critical issues and mentor othersQualificationsA minimum of a BS in Aerospace Engineering (Mechanical, Design, Structural, etc.)Experience working on Airbus or Bombardier products and structures, either directly or within the Supply Chain, for a minimum of three years, and ideally having held a level of delegated technical approvalKnowledge across Airbus/Bombardier Aircraft or similar aircraft variant programs, preferably with both metallic and composite capabilitiesUnderstanding of material properties, production & manufacturing methods and practices, and their effect on aircraft performanceWorking knowledge of CATIA V5 for interrogation and drawing/model modificationPrevious Design Organization Approval (DOA) would be advantageous for the roleCompleted concessions processing coursesTIPQA is an advantageSAP NCMS knowledge is essentialExpleo ValuesCourage – We are bold thinkers and doers, always ready to take on new challenges.
