Identify, document, and track defects in software applications. Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in QA. Collaborate with development teams to improve product quality. Analyze test results and provide feedback to development teams. Conduct regression testing to ensure existing functionalities work after updates. Develop automated test scripts to streamline testing processes. Participate in code reviews to enhance software quality. Ensure compliance with quality standards and regulations. Create and maintain documentation for testing processes and results. Mentor junior QA engineers to foster professional growth. Participate in team meetings to discuss project progress and challenges. Experience/Qualifications Proven experience in software quality assurance and testing methodologies. Eagerness to learn new technologies and QA practices. Strong knowledge of automated testing tools and frameworks. Commitment to achieving quality standards and compliance regulations. Ability to analyze complex software systems and identify defects. Ability to conduct regression testing and ensure software integrity. Familiarity with Agile methodologies and collaborative development processes. Experience mentoring junior team members in QA processes. Excellent documentation skills for test plans and results. Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with teams.
