Construction Lawyer Join Caravel Law LLP as a Construction Lawyer in Ontario. Caravel Law is Canada’s leading alternative legal services firm offering flexible, on‑site or off‑site practice on a flexible, as‑needed basis. Responsibilities Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of agreements, including CCDC contracts, EPCMs, engineering services agreements, and other complex construction and development contracts. Advise on legal risk, project structuring, procurement strategy (including open RFPs), and execution across the full project lifecycle—from pre‑development to post‑construction. Advise and negotiate P3/infrastructure agreements, including concession, design‑build‑finance‑maintain, and operations contracts. Advise and negotiate with outsourcing, supply chain, technology supply and licensing agreements and cloud services agreements, as well as supply chain/procurement processes, and issues including RFTs, RFPs, RFIs and RFQs and contract disputes related to such processes. Qualifications Minimum of 8+ years of practical related in‑house and/or private practice experience in Construction. Member in good standing with the Law Society of Ontario. Experience with lien payments, bonding issues, disputes, and questions relating to compliance with contractual requirements would be an asset.
