As a Transformation Portfolio/Program Leader, you will develop transformation strategies and guide their implementation for our clients by coordinating an overarching view of the transformation portfolio.

You will orchestrate strategic planning sessions to create effective and impactful deliverables, and conduct in-depth client and market analyses to assess the needs and impacts of ongoing transformations.

You will design and lead dynamic workshops, guiding teams on best practices in transformation management, and prepare collaborative sessions to align transformation objectives with the company’s strategic priorities.

Your reports and summaries will be clear and impactful, and you will conduct meaningful interviews to understand the specific needs and challenges of transformation projects.

You will execute implementation strategies and change management activities, ensuring effective integration of new initiatives.

You will build long-lasting relationships with clients, uncover new business opportunities and inspire consultants with your leadership.

You will manage projects with rigor, meet deadlines and budgets, and ensure precise tracking of progress.

Your active contribution to business development will be reflected through dynamic participation in working committees and special projects. You will create impactful service proposals to maximize their appeal to our clients, write articles to increase our visibility, and attend networking events to strengthen our strategic professional relationships.

  • You have over 5 years of solid consulting experience, ideally within a consulting firm, with proven results.
  • You hold a master’s degree in management, organizational development, change management, or industrial engineering, and a PMP certification would be a valuable asset.
  • You are proficient in Microsoft Office Suite tools.
  • You communicate fluently in both French and English to effectively deliver various client-facing outputs in bilingual business environments.
