Marketing Broker (Hybrid or In-office) - One Insurance Group Province: Winnipeg, ManitobaPosition: Marketing Broker (Hybrid or In-office)Deadline: November 28, 2025Posted: October 31, 2025 Job Description / Duties About this Opportunity: Reporting to the Marketing Broker Lead and/or Director of Commercial and Farm, the Marketing broker works within the Sales Division team, acting as the primary intermediary between the sales team and insurance companies. The marketing broker ensures that One Insurance meets its service and sales goals in conjunction with the Sales Division team. Qualifications / Required Skills Key Responsibilities: Accountable for the processing and the documentation of all renewals and endorsements for assigned Insurance Advisors through the Broker Management System (BMS). Maintain BMS client files with up-to-date current information organized by the One Insurance file management guidelines. Responsible for new business submissions to insurance markets including fielding questions from markets, gathering and organizing market responses, and client proposals. Responsible for ensuring timelines and renewal of existing policies, remarketing of policies to insurance markets including fielding questions from markets, gathering and organizing market responses and quotes received. Responsible for meeting reactive service requests and policy change requests to Insurance Advisors and Clients. Responsible for monitoring and alerting Insurance Advisors on potential issues or concerns regarding accounts. Working in a team supporting Insurance Advisors when they are away or unavailable. Ideal Skills & Qualifications: 2+ years of experience in the insurance industry with preference for experience in Commercial Insurance. Experience using Epic, or other insurance software and various insurance portals is preferred. Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Ex: Word, Excel, Outlook) and general proficiency with computers. Must have a Manitoba Driver’s License and ability to travel to all ONE Insurance locations when required. Organized and efficient with strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask. Flexibility and a positive team player approach with effective communication skills. Successful candidates must obtain a Level 2 CAIB license within 90 days of employment commencement. Knowledge of a wide variety of risk classes and ability to handle both large and small accounts. Thorough understanding of Insurance markets, policies/wordings and procedures are essential to this position. Additional Information What makes us the ONE to choose?
