And, with the skills you gain in this role, the opportunities are endless – from a rewarding career in Retail to continued growth and development with Aritzia.THE ROLESAs a Boutique Associate, you will:Support the Service Counter team to enable efficient and elevated experiencesSupport the Atelier team to enable Everyday Luxury experiencesCurate our merchandise assortment and support a seamless retail environmentAs a Style Advisor, you will:Sell clothes and earn client confidence through unparalleled styling expertiseDeliver world-class experiences by creating meaningful, memorable momentsBuild deep and personalized connections with our clients, enhancing their loyalty and affinity to AritziaAs a Service Advisor, you will:Welcome clientsMatch clients with their product and direct to the right Service CounterPrepare the product to be processedEfficiently and accurately process transactionsPackage product for an Everyday Luxury opening experienceSupport operations at the Service CounterAs an Inventory Associate, you will:Efficiently and accurately process incoming and outgoing shipments to and from the DC, boutique to boutique, and our clientsStrategically place product in the backroomUphold the standards of product displayEnable seamlessly integrated cross-channel shopping experiencesSupport in the seamless operations of all aspects of the retail space across Clients, Product, Space, Risk and OperationsAs a Merchandiser, you will:Ensure the efficient and accurate processing of incoming and outgoing shipments to and from the DC, boutique to boutique, and our clientsStrategically place product on the sales floorTranslate the product story in our boutiquesValidate the standards of product displayEnable seamlessly integrated cross-channel shopping experiencesSupport in the seamless operations of all aspects of the boutique space across Clients, Product, Space, Risk, and OperationsTHE QUALIFICATIONSAritzia Retail Associates have:An aspirational sense of individual styleA commitment to learn and apply Aritzia's Values and Business and People Leadership principlesThe ability to collaborate fluently with cross-functional partnersA commitment to quality and investing in results that add value to the businessTHE COMPENSATIONThe typical hiring range for this position is $20 - $30 per hour.
