Our wide range of products has been installed all over North America.We OfferFull-time, permanent positionCompetitive wagesComprehensive benefits coverage for you and your familyExtensive safety training, state-of-the-art equipment, and cutting-edge technology that will allow you to work in a safe & healthy environmentOpportunities for career developmentWhat you will work onOverseeing architectural cladding projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standardsCollaborating with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure seamless project executionConducting regular site inspections to monitor progress and address any issues or delays promptlyEnsuring compliance with safety regulations and implementing best practices on construction sitesWorking closely with project managers, field operations managers, and foremenReading and interpreting blueprintsAdhering to site-specific schedules and scheduling requirementsJob RequirementsProven experience as an Architectural Cladding Supervisor or a similar role in the construction industryIn-depth knowledge of architectural cladding processes, materials, and construction techniques (e.g., ACM, cladding, membrane, flashing, Longboard, or similar)Strong leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to manage 4–5 foremen concurrentlyExcellent communication and interpersonal abilitiesFamiliarity with relevant construction software and toolsOSHA certification is a plusWho are we looking for?Someone with a minimum of 5 years of experience with the commercial facades or envelope systemsSeniority level: Mid-Senior #J-18808-Ljbffr
