We are seeking a dedicated Physiotherapist in Toronto, ON with a strong passion for delivering high-quality care in a home care environment. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working independently, treating diverse conditions, and building a consistent home care caseload. Compensation & Requirements Independent contractor arrangement with a flexible schedule $100 per session hour (appointments are 45–50 minutes) Expected commitment: 4–5 hours available per week Ability to service one or more regions: Scarborough, East York/Beaches, North Toronto/North York, Etobicoke/North Etobicoke, and/or Downtown Toronto Travel and equipment (plinth) are the therapist’s responsibility Complimentary homecare training, clinical rounds, and quarterly research updates Access to Foundation courses and workshops at 50% off (as an Independent Contractor) Qualifications: Registered member of the CPO 1–2 years of experience in outpatient or homecare settings (preferred) Experience or strong interest in neurological rehabilitation Responsibilities: Provide high‑quality physiotherapy care in 45–50 minute home visits Build and maintain a caseload of committed home care clients Demonstrate motivation, independence, and a desire to make a meaningful impact Track performance, receive feedback, and adjust as neededEmbody company values and contribute to a positive care environment Provide constructive feedback to leadership to improve client and team experiences Deliver care within designated regions (Scarborough, East York/Beaches, North Toronto/North York, Etobicoke/North Etobicoke, Downtown Toronto) Manage your schedule to ensure consistent client‑facing time Handle your own travel and equipment needs Skills: Strong clinical skills across manual therapy, exercise prescription, education, and coaching Excellent organization and caseload management abilities Strong communication skills and professional independence Ability to build trust and retain long‑term client relationships Interest in contributing to a growing physiotherapy home care program Benefits: Complimentary homecare training, clinical rounds, and quarterly research updates 50% off Foundation courses and workshops (Independent Contractors) #J-18808-Ljbffr
