OverviewEpic Willow Analyst role at W3Global. This position provides support in the implementation, optimization, and day-to-day operation of Epic EHR systems, focusing on the Willow module. The incumbent will configure, troubleshoot, and collaborate with healthcare providers to maximize effective use of the Epic platform.ResponsibilitiesSystem Configuration: Assist in configuring and customizing the Epic EHR solution to align with the organization’s needs and clinical workflows, including Epic reporting and interfaces.Issue and Incident Management: Monitor and resolve issues through incident management and service requests in ticketing systems.User Support and Training: Provide frontline support to clinical staff and end-users, addressing inquiries, issues, and training needs. Create training materials and conduct sessions.Data Quality and Compliance: Maintain data integrity within the Epic system, ensure accuracy of appointment data, and support regulatory compliance and reporting requirements (HIPAA, Meaningful Use, MIPS/MACRA).Workflow Analysis and Process Improvement: Collaborate with clinicians to analyze Epic workflows and identify opportunities to streamline and optimize processes.Documentation: Maintain documentation of configurations, changes, and issue resolutions for reference and audits.Reporting and Analytics: Generate reports and analyze Epic data to assess performance and identify opportunities for improvement.Collaboration: Work with healthcare providers, administrators, and IT teams to address Epic needs and challenges; participate in upgrades, regression testing, and monthly releases.On-Call Support: Provide on-call or after-hours support during major events as needed.QualificationsActive Epic certification in EPIC WillowTechnical bachelor’s degree or a degree in healthcare informatics, healthcare administration, or a related fieldFamiliarity with Epic EHR Solution and at least one other module is a plusBasic understanding of clinical workflows and healthcare operationsStrong communication and interpersonal skillsProblem-solving and analytical abilitiesEagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and EHR platformsKnowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance, including HIPAACustomer service orientation and a willingness to work closely with clinical staffModule ExpertiseDemonstrate in-depth expertise in Epics EHR Solution and at least one other Epic module/sPreferred certifications in multiple Epic modules across Clinical, Revenue cycle, Ancillary, Integration and Reporting towersSeniorities and EmploymentSeniority level: Mid-Senior levelEmployment type: Full-timeJob function: Information TechnologyIndustries: Staffing and RecruitingReferrals increase your chances of interviewing at W3Global. #J-18808-Ljbffr
