Job DescriptionWestburne, a division of Rexel Canada Electrical Inc., is a leader in electrical product distribution across Canada, serving commercial, residential, industrial, and institutional markets.We are seeking an Automation Sales Specialist responsible for Automation Services to support the British Columbia territory, based out of Prince George, BC. The Services Sales Specialist will represent Rockwell Automation (Allen-Bradley) and Westburne’s automation services portfolio, including Training, Remanufacturing, Field Labour, Technical Support Contracts, and Annual Re-Occurring Revenue Contracts.The successful candidate will support both internal and external customers with technical and application expertise and will be responsible for sales performance within their product discipline and territory. This dynamic role combines sales, technical, and marketing responsibilities, including:Sales ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute an annual strategic business and growth plan.Manage an opportunity funnel aligned with sales objectives.Identify and pursue new business opportunities.Lead complex initiatives providing value to stakeholders.Design and implement a Lifecycle Services journey to meet customer needs.Support Westburne and Rockwell Automation sales teams with account planning and execution.Technical ResponsibilitiesServe as a pre-sale technical consultant to provide solutions.Facilitate post-sale technical support to enhance customer confidence and competency.Conduct product presentations and updates.Maintain expertise in Services business and continuously develop skills.Attend training (Canada/US) to stay current on products and applications.Marketing ResponsibilitiesAnalyze market conditions, share, and growth opportunities.Implement commercial activities like product launches, seminars, and promotional programs.Develop strategies to address competition and increase market share using marketing tools.QualificationsElectrical/Electronic/Automation Technology diploma or degree.Minimum 2+ years in automation or technical product sales/support.Knowledge of sales principles such as Strategic Selling, Customer-Centric Selling, etc.Proactive, engaging, self-motivated, results-oriented.Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.Experience with Microsoft Office.Technical understanding of industrial automation and manufacturing drivers.Valid driver’s license and passport required.What We OfferWork-life balance in a dynamic environment.Support from automation subject matter experts.Competitive pay, benefits, pension, and growth opportunities.Next StepsIf interested, click apply.Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted for interviews.For accommodations, contact us via the “Need Help” button in Fitzii. #J-18808-Ljbffr
