This role manages end-to-end planning, execution, and post-event follow-up of industry events, trade shows, and webinars, ensuring alignment with demand generation goals. The role also drives account-based marketing (ABM) initiatives in close collaboration with Sales and other departments.ResponsibilitiesDigital Marketing & ABM CampaignsDevelop and execute lead generation programs to fill the pipeline with hot prospects through events (3rd party, Bulletproof or Partner Hosted events), webinars, roundtables, and more.Support and execute integrated ABM strategies targeting high-value accounts in collaboration with Sales as part of the events strategy.Develop tailored event content and offers aligned with each stage of the buyer journey to attract, engage, and convert prospects.Monitor and analyze event performance within broader campaigns, optimizing engagement, conversion, and pipeline acceleration.Leverage marketing technology and processes to manage events, segment audiences, and track performance metrics.Collaborate with the marketing team to create and deliver event experiences that showcase our services and engage our audience.Events ManagementProject management lead to ensure events are delivered on time and on budget with clear ownership and active updating of tasks.Own and manage the full lifecycle of marketing events (physical and virtual): planning, kickoff, logistics, swag, materials, promotion, on-site execution, and follow-up.Work cross-functionally with marketing, sales, executives, event stakeholders, and external vendors to ensure events align with goals and deliver ROI.Develop and manage event budgets, timelines, booth and collateral needs, speaking opportunities, and attendee engagement strategies.Track and report on event performance, including lead capture, follow-up workflows, and contribution to pipeline and revenue.Coordinate event debriefs to optimize processes and management.Responsible for event lead nurture follow-up, ensuring handoffs between marketing, BD, and Sales for lead handoff, nurturing, and reporting.Required Education / Credentials / QualificationsBachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.5+ years of B2B marketing experience, ideally in cybersecurity or fast-moving tech environments.Experience planning and executing in-person events (3rd party events, roundtables) and virtual events (webinars, roundtables, podcasts).Experience with project management tools such as Monday.com.Ability to thrive in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment with shifting priorities and adapt quickly to changing business needs.Creative mindset with the ability to craft engaging content and brainstorm innovative event ideas that differentiate us.Collaborative, cross-functional team player with a solutions-oriented mindset.Strong written and verbal communication skills for marketing copy and logistics coordination.Experience with marketing and communications tools such as HubSpot, Google Analytics, webinar platforms, Salesforce, etc.BenefitsComprehensive health, dental, and vision insuranceOptional health benefits100% employer-paid health and dental planVacation timeRRSP savings plan with 100% match up to 3% of salaryAnnual discretionary bonusAnniversary reward bonusEducational assistance programAdditional mental health benefits through our Employee Assistance ProgramEqual Opportunity StatementBulletproof is committed to creating a diverse environment and is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
