What You’ll Be Doing You will act as a trusted partner to clients, guiding them through mortgage options and facilitating the application and approval processes. How You’ll Succeed Client engagement: Focus on the client experience and connect on a personal level. Support clients’ lifestyles by meeting them on their schedule and building relationships with Banking Centre teams. Business development: Understand your local market, create a sales plan to convert leads into new CIBC clients, and generate opportunities to deliver bottom‑line results. Community involvement: Grow your network by connecting with internal teams and external realtors to refer potential clients back to you.
