PRO Desk/Sales Specialist – RONA At RONA, our employees bring their passion to life every day. We operate and service corporate and affiliated dealer stores, offering a range of neighbourhood hardware and big‑box locations under the RONA+, RONA and Dick’s Lumber banners. As a Product Specialist, you will use your expertise and enthusiasm for customer service to guide customers to the best product choices. You’ll play a key role in satisfying Rona customers, achieving our sales objectives, and growing in an environment that values analytical thinking. Your role Serve as the store expert by providing detailed product information to customers and associates. Conduct sales activities, including promoting and recommending products, plans, or installation services that match customer needs. Keep shelves stocked and merchandise correctly displayed. Prepare weekly flyers. Enter new orders, contact vendors for special orders, track and fulfill orders, and resolve issues. Deliver excellent customer service through the daily execution of RONA customer service programs, following up on completed orders and assisting customers with selection, carrying, and loading merchandise. Perform other related tasks to ensure the store runs smoothly. What we're looking for Experience in a similar role. Excellent customer service skills. Strong analytical skills.
