Responsibilities
-Responsible for the overall supervision of millwrights and electricians in a unionized environment
-Supervise operation of plant equipment and services, involving cost control, safety, and product quality
-Help with improving the preventive maintenance program to reduce downtime and improve overall maintenance costs
-Develop employee effectiveness and lead by example
-Plan and implement preventative maintenance
-Duties as otherwise assigned

Qualifications
-442A Electrician, PLC programmer or electrical engineer an asset
-Experience in a food or packaging environment
-Experience with PLCs and troubleshooting
-Abilities to troubleshoot, modify, install and maintain equipment
-Knowledge of Microsoft and computer skills
