Project Manager – Telecom - BSS (5+ Years Experience) Location: Remote (Canada preferred; open to offshore candidates) Employment Type: Full-Time About The Role We are seeking a seasoned Project Manager with a robust background in telecom BSS systems. The role involves general product management support, legacy biller migration/evolution project execution, and other BSS and GTM support. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in driving product strategy, managing cross-functional teams, and delivering innovative solutions in the telecommunications domain. Key Responsibilities Product Strategy & Roadmapping: Develop and maintain product roadmaps aligned with business objectives and market demands. Stakeholder Collaboration: Engage with internal and external stakeholders to gather requirements, prioritize features, and ensure alignment with business goals. Cross-Functional Leadership: Lead cross-functional teams including engineering, design, and marketing to deliver high-quality products on time. Market Analysis: Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify trends and opportunities. Performance Monitoring: Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess product performance and inform future strategies. Qualifications Minimum of 5 years in product management roles within the telecom industry, focusing on BSS systems. Strong understanding of telecom networks, service provisioning, billing systems, and customer management platforms. Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools like JIRA, Confluence, and Trello. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts to diverse audiences.
