Production Supervisor – Parts Distribution Center The Production Supervisor is responsible for overseeing a team of hourly employees within a parts distribution warehouse. The role ensures the prompt and accurate shipment and receipt of parts through the efficient utilization of labor, equipment, and resources. The incumbent upholds safety, quality, and productivity standards, maintains departmental records, and leads employee training, development, and performance evaluations. Key Responsibilities: Supervise daily warehouse operations, including inbound and outbound activities. Promote a safe work environment and ensure compliance with company policies. Monitor productivity and quality metrics, implementing continuous improvement initiatives. Coordinate resource allocation across operational zones (small, mid-size, and large parts). Conduct employee training and performance assessments. Maintain inventory accuracy and support production planning. Qualifications: College degree or equivalent work experience. Proven experience in warehouse or production supervision. Strong organizational, interpersonal, and planning skills. Proficiency in Microsoft 360 and inventory management systems. Fluency in both English and French (verbal and written) is mandatory. Additional Information: Rotational shifts (morning and afternoon) required. Safety and lean management background preferred.
