Location : Various locations across Ontario MRI Technologists operate magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) machines to produce detailed images of the body. Key Responsibilities Prepare patients for MRI scans ensuring comfort and safety. Operate MRI equipment and manage imaging protocols. Assess images for quality and report any issues to the radiologist. Maintain equipment and ensure compliance with safety regulations. Educate patients about the MRI process and answer questions. Requirements Associates degree in Radiologic Technology or a related field. Certification in MRI technology from ARRT or equivalent. Strong understanding of MRI physics and safety practices.
