Responsibilities include preparing legal documents, conducting research, reviewing documents, and communicating with clients and internal teams. The Senior Paralegal will also supervise and mentor corporate‑records clerks, monitor regulatory filings, and support lawyers with a variety of corporate transactions. Qualifications Strong knowledge and experience in Corporate Law and legal‑document preparation. Proficient research and document‑review skills. Excellent written and verbal communication. Ability to work efficiently in an on‑site environment in Vancouver, BC. Attention to detail and strong organizational skills. Relevant paralegal certification or equivalent experience. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. Desire to mentor junior corporate paralegals and clerks.
