Experience in peer review and exposure to following organizational process. Experience in impact analysis and defect analysis Should be able to follow Mphasis process Should be able to follow Schwab process Should have worked in Agile environment Good team Player and servant leader Takes accountability and ownership of tasks assigned A problem solver, who can find his way around when there is no one to provide a solution and take it team along Innovative thinker Good Mentoring skills; able to provide guidance/training to the team Able to lead an offshore team Certifications needed - Springboot, PCF certifications About Mphasis?
