What OSL Direct offers Competitive base pay, car allowance, and a lucrative uncapped commission structure, potentially totaling up to $90,000–$100,000 per year and more based on performance. Your Role Drive and support sales of Bell’s TV, Internet, Home Phone, and Smart Home residential product suite by being a brand ambassador, engaging customers face‑to‑face through canvassing and cold calling. Market Bell products and drive sales in residential areas using a client‑provided territory lead list. Identify customer needs and tailor solutions to fit lifestyle, ensuring a best‑in‑class customer service experience. Deliver a best‑in‑class customer experience as an ambassador of the Bell brand. Participate in weekly team meetings to strategize innovations, track goals, and report on sales and marketing results. Utilize the Salesforce CRM to manage your lead funnel. Conduct yourself with optimism, empathy, and integrity as the face of Bell Canada. Key Qualifications Ambitious self‑starter with an entrepreneurial mindset. Outgoing people person who thrives on helping and interacting with people. Expert in time management, evaluating priorities, and accomplishing goals. Motivated by rewards (uncapped commission means unlimited earning potential). Team player with a collaborative approach. Sales, Customer Service, and/or Marketing experience are assets. Reliable access to a personal vehicle and a valid driver’s license. Ability for frequent travel across the region as required. Flexible full‑time schedule, including evenings and weekends as required. Compensation Base pay plus uncapped commission. Commission is paid on top of the base salary, with most income derived from commissions. Commission is paid per service unit activated.
