Summary To maximize sales of beauty products and services sold by Shoppers Drug Mart. Duties & Responsibilities Sales Responsibilities: Meet sales expectations. Maximize sales and awareness of promotional programs. Promote beauty products and encourage participation in the PC Optimum program. Maintain a "selling is fun" attitude. Customer Service: Promote a positive environment for customers and coworkers. Always put the customer first and provide superior customer service. Use eClienteling to deliver superior service. Promote products through marketing and encourage use of PC Optimum. Actively promote and book appointments for in‑store events. Operations: Exhibit and promote the company’s products and services. Attend vendor schools and educational workshops. Adhere to Cosmetics Operating Standards. General: Comply with all health and safety regulations, store policies, and loss prevention procedures. Act professionally at all times. Perform other duties as required. Qualifications Planning, judgment, and decision‑making skills. Independent thinking and decision‑making. Selling skills in cosmetics/luxury goods. Experience Proven consultative skills to provide information. Sales experience with a proven track record. Good knowledge of various beauty products and services available. Ability to conduct sit‑down makeup and skincare consultations and demonstrate application. Strong communication skills. Physical Requirements Ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Ability to climb ladders. Ability to bend and stretch to stock shelves. Why Work at Shoppers Drug Mart?
