We’re seeking a Tax Manager to lead Canadian tax compliance and provision processes for our Canadian subsidiaries. This role offers a flexible hybrid work structure based in Vancouver, BC. Base pay range CA$110,000.00/yr - CA$170,000.00/yr Key Responsibilities Manage Canadian federal and provincial tax compliance and filings Prepare and review interim and year-end tax provisions and disclosures Lead CRA audit responses and tax controversy matters Support tax planning, reorganizations, and M&A due diligence Research and document complex tax issues and positions Collaborate with U.S. and global tax, legal, and finance teams Manage external service providers for Canadian tax return preparation Contribute to training and development of junior staff What We’re Looking For 5+ years of Canadian corporate tax experience Strong knowledge of Canadian tax legislation and CRA processes Experience with tax provision (IFRS or U.S. GAAP) and disclosures Proven ability to manage audits, tax planning, and cross-border issues Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Experience in a fast-paced or growing organization is a plus Seniority level Mid-Senior level Employment type Full-time Job function Accounting/Auditing Industries Maritime Transportation and Transportation, Logistics, Supply Chain and Storage #J-18808-Ljbffr
