If you thrive in fast-paced settings and enjoy connecting top talent with meaningful opportunities, we invite you to bring your expertise and energy to our team.What You Will DoFull-Cycle Recruitment Support:Facilitate candidate flow from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring a seamless experience for both candidates and hiring managers.Post job ads, screen resumes, coordinate interviews, and manage candidate communications.Draft and send employment agreements, conduct reference checks, and support onboardinglogistics.Project-Based Hiring:Partner with hiring managers to understand project requirements and staffing needs specific to the Architecturaland EngineeringsectorAdapt recruitment strategies to meet fluctuating project demands and timelines.Maintainaccuraterecords in the applicant tracking system (ATS).Prepare recruitment reports and track key metrics (time-to-hire, source of hire, etc.).Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant employment legislation.Stakeholder Engagement:Support the Talent Acquisition Manager with recruitment projects and process improvements.Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the process.Liaise with third-party staffing agencies as needed for contract/temphires.What You Bring to the TableExperience in recruitment coordination or HR support, ideally within the AEC or related industries.Strong organizational and time management skills; ability to manage multiple requisitions and deadlines.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.ProficiencyinDayforce Recruitment or other ATS,and Microsoft Office Suite.Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.Life at WalterFedyAs a national, innovative, multi-discipline design and construction collective, our ambition goes beyond great design – we are here to enhance the world around us.
