You will mentor and guide engineers, organize tasks, and ensure technical excellence, all while remaining an active contributor to the codebase.Key Responsibilities:Technical Leadership: Set the technical direction for the team, ensuring best practices in architecture, development, and deployment.Task Organization: Work closely with product managers to break down tasks, prioritize work, and ensure timely delivery.Code Reviews & Quality Assurance: Maintain high-quality code through thoughtful design and code reviews.Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with designers, product managers, and engineers to deliver innovative and impactful features.Innovation & Best Practices: Stay up to date with modern development trends, frameworks, and best practices to drive technical excellence.Minimum Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.Proven experience as a senior engineer, guiding teams and projects.Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.Strong sense of ownership and responsibility.Preferred Qualifications:Experience with Nest.js and scalable backend architectures.Exceptional debugging and analytical capabilities.Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts effectively.If you're ready to take on a leadership role while remaining hands-on in cutting-edge development, apply now and join Rohirrim in shaping the future of Gen AI If you require accommodation to apply, please email people@rohirrim.ai #J-18808-Ljbffr
