What You’ll Do Gather and document business requirements through stakeholder workshops and requirements gathering sessions Translate business needs into functional and technical requirements. Define and document user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows. Work closely with Salesforce Architects to design scalable solutions. Identify opportunities to automate and optimize business processes using Salesforce features. Act as a liaison between business and technical teams to ensure clear communication. Support end-users during testing, troubleshooting, and post-go-live support. Prioritize and refine backlog items based on business value and feasibility. Create and maintain documentation (user guides, training materials, process diagrams). Other duties as required. What You Bring (Required) Bilingual fluency in verbal and written French and English is required 6+ years of experience in Business Analysis with a focus in Salesforce implementations. Salesforce Administrator Certification Experience working with cross-functional teams and translating business requirements into technical solutions. Familiarity with project artifacts such as Requirements Traceability Matrix, Solution Design Documents, User Stories and Test Cases Knowledge of Salesforce system configuration, customization, and integration with other enterprise tools. Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Must be currently based in and legally eligible to work in Canada and can show proof of citizenship or visa. What You Bring (Preferred) Experience working in the Telecommunications Industry Salesforce Business Analyst and other platform certifications are a plus Background in consulting, enterprise applications, or digital transformation is a plus.
