Employer Industry: Utility Billing Software Why consider this job opportunity Remote work flexibility available for candidates in Canada and the US Salary up to competitive market rates Comprehensive benefits package including Medical, Dental, and Vision starting from day one Employee stock ownership and RRSP/401k matching programs Generous time off with 3 weeks' vacation and 5 personal days Opportunities for professional growth and development within a leading software provider What to Expect (Job Responsibilities) Collaborate with Regional Sales Directors to develop and execute sales strategies that enhance solution adoption among existing utility customers Utilize data from Salesforce and other systems to identify opportunities and drive account‑based sales strategies Identify cross‑sell and up‑sell opportunities within the utility ecosystem, including both Harris solutions and third‑party partners Support customer engagements by preparing meeting materials and participating in presentations and demonstrations Assist in coordinating events and conferences to engage customers and partners effectively What is Required (Qualifications) Bachelor’s degree in business, Computer Science, or a related field Proven experience in enterprise sales, account management, or business development, preferably in the utility billing or enterprise software sector Understanding of utility operations and meter‑to‑cash processes Demonstrated success in expanding accounts through cross‑selling and upselling Proficiency with Salesforce and corporate CRM tools, with a data‑driven approach to sales management How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications) Experience collaborating with cross‑functional teams and external partners to develop proposals Curiosity about Artificial Intelligence (AI) and interest in leveraging AI for sales automation and process improvement Willingness to travel up to 50% for customer meetings and industry events #J-18808-Ljbffr
