If you can connect dots, people, and tools—and you’ve got the fire to learn fast, get things done fast and right, experiment with AI, and leave things better than you found them—you’ll thrive here.ResponsibilitiesEmail and Text Marketing Campaign Support: Manage and execute email and text marketing campaigns and automation.Content Creation: Create basic digital content, including photography and videography for social media and website updates for more organic content.Website and Listings: Handle day-to-day website updates and ensure real estate rental listings are current across all platforms.Graphic Design: Assist with basic graphic design needs for marketing layouts and promotional materials, with the ability to use Adobe Creative Suite.Event Support: Event organization and coordination, event/guerrilla marketing, public gatherings, community events, and development launches.Administration: Highly organized, assisting in coordination of invoices, project communication with vendors.QualificationsExperience: 1-3 years in a marketing or similar role or just new graduatedTechnical Proficiency: Microsoft Office, Automation tools such such as Make, Zapier, Email marketing tools including MailChimp, website editors such as Squarespace or WordPress, proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite (Lightroom, Photoshop, InDesign a plus, Express, Premiere Rush).Personal Characteristics: A proactive, can-do attitude with a collaborative spirit and strong attention to detail.
