Ads On Track, a Winnipeg‑based digital marketing company, is looking for a Freelance Sales Representative to help local businesses grow through data‑driven Google Ads campaigns. This is a commission‑only role, ideal for someone who enjoys flexibility, independence, and being rewarded directly for performance. What You’ll Do Identify and reach out to small and medium‑size businesses that can benefit from Google Ads. Confidently explain how Google Ads can help generate leads and sales for their business. Present Ads On Track’s service offerings and close new business deals. Collaborate with our marketing team to ensure a smooth client handoff and onboarding. What You’ll Bring A good understanding of marketing and Google Ads fundamentals – enough to confidently explain campaign benefits and ROI. Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills. Previous experience in sales, marketing, or client acquisition (digital marketing agency experience is a plus). Self‑motivated and goal‑oriented personality.
