Job OverviewDealer Business Development Manager (DBDM) is the primary advocate and ambassador for Global Payments’ Dealer Program. The DBDM manages dealer relationships, drives revenue growth, oversees contracts and territories, and ensures dealers are fully trained and equipped to sell Global Payments products.ResponsibilitiesRecruit and onboard new dealers across key markets.Manage dealer contracts, quotas, territories and terminations.Train dealers on product benefits, manuals, pricing and new launches.Provide ongoing support, answer RFPs/RFIs, and close POS deals.Mentor dealers, conduct regular check‑ins (1‑2 times per month) and coordinate industry events.Monitor dealer pipelines, revenue targets, and adjust strategies to maximize growth.Serve as the primary contact for dealer escalations and communication with internal teams.Ensure compliance with policies, procedures and generate accurate reporting in SF.com and related tools.Travel up to 24 weeks a year to build dealer relationships and support events.Requirements2–5 years of POS dealer or channel management experience.Fluency in French and English. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.Strong problem‑solving, organizational and follow‑up skills.Experience negotiating contracts and using MS Office, Salesforce, LinkedIn and Google Suite.Hospitality, food service or retail experience is a plus.Ability to travel as needed.Compensation & BenefitsFull‑time, remote base salary plus bonus potential of up to $120,000 OTE.Benefits include health insurance, long‑term disability, life insurance, retirement savings, employee stock purchase program, tuition reimbursement, gym membership discounts and a safe, inclusive workplace. #J-18808-Ljbffr
