Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more.Base pay rangeCA$102,056.00/yr - CA$115,500.00/yrManager of Strategic Staffing - Government of NewfoundlandTransportation and Infrastructure - Government of Newfoundland and LabradorThe primary function of this position is to function as Training Captain/Line Captain on NLGovernment owned King Air 350 Air Ambulance aircraft; assisting hospital personnel with boarding and deplaning patients; perform flight planning, pre-flight, flight and post flight duties in accordance with Government Procedures, the Government Operators Manual, the Government Sops, and the Canadian Aviation Regulations; making daily checks of pertinent weather, noteman flight information for flight planning purposes; monitoring the co-pilots performance, briefing and supervising co-pilot; briefing the co-pilot, other crew and passengers on intended operations; ensuring all necessary documents, logs and manuals pertaining to the operation of the aircraft are valid and on board; performs initial/recurrent flight crew training both in aircraft and simulator Aswell as ground instruction.
