We offer an opportunity to be part of a growing and dynamic employee-owned company, in a professional working environment that is quality-driven and client-focused.Job Description:Working with an energetic and high performing team, this position involves civil design for linear infrastructure, coordinating all aspects of civil design, developing technical scope, ensuring quality controls, mentoring junior staff, and representing GHD at client meetings. Responsibilities include designing engineering solutions, contributing to standards, project management, process design, contract management, and client relationship management. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in civil design, especially for large, multidisciplinary projects, with a focus on linear infrastructure.What you will bring:Bachelor’s degree in civil engineeringProfessional Engineering license (PEO)Minimum of 10 years' technical design experienceExperience in civil design for large, multidisciplinary projectsExperience in a Design Build environmentKnowledge of local codes and standardsExperience in an integrated 3D environmentTeam building and mentoring skillsWe encourage diversity and are an equal opportunity employer.
