Are you a driven, self-motivated sales professional with a passion for building strong client relationships and uncovering growth opportunities? We are seeking an Outside Sales Representative (ideally with metals or industrial sales experience) to join our team and play a key role in expanding revenue and market share within a defined territory. In this role, you’ll work closely with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to deliver exceptional service, foster long-term partnerships, and identify strategic sales opportunities. You’ll travel within your region, engage virtually with customers, and help drive the ongoing success of the branch Location: Edmonton Job type: Full-time Key Responsibilities Manage and grow existing customer accounts within your territory Identify and secure new business opportunities to expand market share Maintain accurate CRM records of customer interactions and sales activity Collaborate with inside sales and support teams to ensure outstanding customer service Prepare quotations and proposals for management approval Resolve customer concerns promptly and effectively Develop annual marketing plans for key accounts and prospects Monitor industry trends, pricing changes, and competitor activity Actively participate in industry events, conferences, and training seminars Deliver value-driven communication to clients and prospects Support inside sales team as required Uphold company values and quality standards Qualifications & Skills Previous experience in metals industry, commercial, or industrial sales is a strong asset Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills Self-motivated with excellent time management abilities Adaptable to remote/field work with disciplined focus Excellent communication skills (phone, email, video conferencing) Highly organized with strong problem-solving and decision-making skills Proficient with CRM and sales technologies Confident presenting KPIs, account updates, and market insights to leadership Willingness to travel within the assigned territory What We Offer Competitive base salary + performance-based incentives Vehicle or travel allowance (if applicable) Ongoing training and professional development Supportive, collaborative work environment Career growth opportunities within a stable, growing company Ready to Apply?
