We are seeking a professional and enthusiastic Human Resources Generalist to join our Edmonton team. Summary The HR Generalist reports to the HR Business Partner and plays a pivotal role in fostering a work environment aligned with the company’s values, promoting employee engagement, and supporting strategic planning and day‑to‑day operations. The role will provide efficient support to business leaders and employees in HR matters. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in an HR role, preferably in the construction industry. Comprehensive understanding of HR practices, employment legislation, and compliance requirements. Proficiency in JDE or similar software and/or SuccessFactors with a strong aptitude for learning new systems. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.
