Drupal Experience Required Acro Commerce is looking for a Drupal E‑commerce website Developer to develop Drupal 8 and Commerce builds. The role requires you to code fluently in Drupal and to communicate effectively with the team and clients. Applicants must be legally authorized to live and work in Canada. Responsibilities Must have Drupal experience and be able to provide example work Produce high‑quality work adhering to Acro Commerce standards and following the production process Implement updates & revisions to web sites Contribute code back to the Drupal community, test and respond to issues, maintain modules Work independently on multiple smaller tasks or larger builds with shifting priorities and tight deadlines Provide accurate estimates for time required to repair a defect, build, or add functionality to an existing application Deliver efficient solutions in a timely manner for work requests, issues, and defects Communicate well with account managers, supervisors, and clients regarding work requests, problems, and defects Act as a peer/mentor to other developers and be comfortable asking for help from team members What the Successful Applicant Will Have Ability to find and fix problems in code, even when it isn’t your own A mix of front‑end and back‑end development skills, comfortable building templates and writing code behind the scenes Knowledge of Photoshop for template creation and image extraction Willingness to learn additional languages and technologies; list of common tools: Drupal, PHP, SQL, CSS3/HTML5, Javascript/jQuery, XML; bonus: C++/Objective‑C/C#/C Comfortable working in a Linux shell and basic Linux hosting knowledge Prior experience with version control systems such as SVN, Git, GitHub Fluency in English All offers of employment are contingent upon a successful criminal background check Benefits Flex start times & earned days off – you can start at 8:00 or 9:00; choose your second Friday off Remote work flexibility for positions that allow Canada‑based employment Free office snacks, juice, pop, and coffee at our Kelowna HQ Quarterly team celebrations (slappies, food, laughter) Annual fun day with team building events SPARC Events – virtual happy hours, competitions, rewards Professional development opportunities and training on new technologies Company culture that values individuality and collaboration Employee stipend for hardware, software, and training courses (with RRSP matching) Salary range for Canada: $117,000–$134,000 CAD, depending on skills and experience Compensation Salary: $117,000 Location Acro Media Inc DBA Acro Commerce, #103 2303 Leckie Road, V1X 6Y5, Kelowna Benefits Provincial Medical Coverage – BC Medical Services Plan premiums are covered at 100%.
