Sales Consultant - QuébecDectro International is looking for an Inside Sales Consultant to join our Québec team. If you're passionate about aesthetics, love to advise and interact with customers, this job is for youSince 1978, Dectro International has specialized in the design of cutting-edge equipment and products for the global permanent hair removal and aesthetics market. It also represents exclusive cosmetic lines such as Germaine de Capuccini from Spain, Bioline-Jatò from Italy, Stagecolor from Germany, SNB from Bulgaria and Action de Gala from Canada (Dectro brand). The products and equipment it manufactures are distributed in over 35 countries.Responsibilities:Offer and sell our products to existing customersPrepare quotes, take orders, and handle invoicingOpen new accounts with our cosmetic product lines and follow up on existing accountsConduct telemarketingMake presentations and conduct sales at events/activities (conventions, schools, workshops)Create access to the online store for new customersInvoice internal repairs and POS depositsAssist existing sales teamOther related tasksEducation and Requirements:Minimum 3 years' relevant professional experienceTraining in aesthetics or cosmetologySales-related training or experienceAbility to establish relationships with customers and work as part of a teamGood knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)Proficiency in both English and French, both spoken and writtenValid driving license and own a car; willing to visit customers on requestConditions:Full-time, long-term employment; work schedule: Monday to Friday, 37.5 to 40 hours/weekWeekends and/or evenings for special eventsGroup insurance benefits after 6 months (medical, professional, and dental)7 days off after 6 months2 weeks vacation after 1 yearCollective RRSP with profit-sharing after 1 yearAnnual continuing education budget of $400/year in the field of the position heldPleasant working environment in our Montreal officeFree parking; employee discounts on productsSend your résumé to: rh@dectro.com #J-18808-Ljbffr
