Your role involves personalized treatment assessments, serving as the primary drug information resource, and offering expert advice to healthcare professionals. You will meticulously monitor drug prescribing, distribution, and therapy to ensure their safe, effective, and economical use. Embrace a patient‑centered approach, overseeing ongoing drug therapy and assessing factors such as effectiveness, compliance, adverse reactions, and interactions. Maintain accurate workload records, communicate vital findings and recommendations to the healthcare team, and ensure meticulous documentation in patient health records or computerized systems. Interpret medication orders, input them into the database, and dispense prescriptions in strict adherence to legal, professional, and departmental standards. This is a Relief Full Time (1.00) opportunity, working a rotating day shift and will provide coverage until the return of the incumbent.
