Replenishment Analyst

Job SummaryWe are currently looking for a Seasonal Replenishment Analyst to join our Replenishment team. The candidate will report to the Replenishment Manager and will be responsible for analyzing inventory levels, sales trends, and replenishment needs during peak seasons. This person plays a critical role in ensuring that retail stores are fully stocked with the right products at the right time to meet customer demand. The analyst works closely with the purchasing, supply chain, and merchandising teams to execute replenishment strategies and optimize inventory levels.Key AccountabilitiesMonitor and analyze inventory levels across multiple locations to identify replenishment needs.Execute the purchasing of inventory at the SKU level.Prepare various purchasing and summary reports for the buying team.Ensure purchasing is in line with future performance goals for sales and inventory, and track actual results and variances.Execute the distribution of inventory at the SKU level to stores based on seasonal sales curves.Work with Distribution Centers/Warehouses to ensure inventory is shipped on time.Review current performance and adjust future allocation and replenishment strategies accordingly.Recommend process improvements to optimize inventory management and reduce stockout or overstock situations.Job RequirementsBachelor’s degree or diploma in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration or equivalent.A minimum of one (1) to three (3) years of experience in a related field.Experience in product, retail environment or a seasonal business environment is a definite asset.Strong analytical thinking and problem‑solving skills.Possess strong communication skills.Ability to multitask and work with tight deadlines.Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.Ability to anticipate and respond to changing market conditions.Knowledge of MS Office is required with proven Excel ability.Knowledge of SAP, an asset.Contract Info / Information sur le contratJob ID / No. du Poste: 51431059Open Positions / Postes Ouverts: 1 #J-18808-Ljbffr
