Implement AWS WAF, API Gateway, and Auth0/Authorizer configurations to secure and validate API access and traffic flow. Collaborate with Platform, Security, and Cloud teams to align on network policies, compliance (e.g. PCI DSS), and operational reliability. Maintain IAM, SCPs, and role-based access controls across multi-account AWS structures in line with governance frameworks. Lead network incident troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and performance optimisation, ensuring uptime across regions. Maintain Confluence documentation and operational runbooks for cloud networking, firewall configurations, and CI/CD pipelines. Requirements 7+ years in cloud infrastructure or networking roles with deep AWS experience. Expert in AWS networking components: TGW, VPC, VPN, Direct Connect, Route 53, ALB/NLB. Hands‑on Palo Alto firewall administration and Panorama configuration. Advanced Terraform usage, including module reuse, provider aliases, and IaC governance. Proficiency in Python, Go, or Java for scripting and API integrations. Familiarity with compliance frameworks (PCI DSS, ISO 27001) and secure cloud networking. Bonus: AWS Advanced Networking Certification, experience with GCP or OCI. What you can look forward to At Paymentology, it’s not just about building great payment technology, it’s about building a company where people feel they belong and their work matters.
