Position Overview CBRE Montreal seeks a highly motivated Financial Analyst to support our investment team with commercial real‑estate underwriting, financial analysis, content creation, and market research. This is a full‑time, permanent position. Responsibilities Assist the team with complex commercial real‑estate underwriting and confidential information memorandums. Develop and model commercial real‑estate financial analysis (cash flow preparations, value analysis, rate of returns, etc.). Read and analyze commercial leases and conduct valuation modelling. Create content for marketing proposals, brochures, pitches, and other client reports. Conduct property research and coordinate local and national research teams for economic/market intelligence. Monitor and identify key market trends for analytical reports, market presentations, and data input tracking. Provide transaction support: confidentiality collections, data room management, activity report drafting, and due diligence client support. Perform other assigned duties. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in commerce, accounting, finance, or real estate. CFA®, CPA, or other financial designation (asset). Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Knowledge of ARGUS Enterprise software (asset). Fully bilingual: excellent written English and French.
