We are a global team across North America, Europe, and Asia, focused on innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.The Opportunity (Toronto – Hybrid)As a Senior Revenue Operations Analyst at Carbon6, you’ll be the operational backbone for our Sales and Customer Success teams. You’ll partner directly with GTM leaders to deliver the insights, frameworks, and processes that shape strategies and operations driving revenue growth. If you’re passionate about problem-solving, process design, and being the voice of Sales and CS in Ops, this role will give you true ownership and cross-functional visibility.Your ImpactDashboards & Reporting: Build intuitive dashboards that provide real-time insights and regularly compile reports that reveal operational performance and areas for improvement.Metrics: Design and implement success metrics aligned with business goals; become a subject-matter expert on Carbon6’s metrics and data gaps to address.Data-driven insights: Dive deep into data to identify trends, challenges, and opportunities for revenue growth.Process design: Design and optimize processes that enhance productivity and reduce friction in the customer lifecycle.Tech stack champion: Manage and optimize the GTM tech stack for Sales and Customer Success; champion Salesforce CRM usage and contribute to its evolution to meet team and business needs.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Serve internal customers (leadership, sales, customer success, finance, marketing, etc.) to provide business intelligence and feedback for continuous improvement.Operational Excellence: Standardize and refine processes for maximum efficiency and scalability, fostering a climate of innovation and continuous improvement.Your QualificationsProven Experience: 4+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales/Customer Success Operations, Business Operations, or similar in a B2B SaaS environment. Bonus points for partnerships, customer success processes, and process design experience.Analytical: Ability to dissect complex data into actionable insights; experience designing data structures, scalable reporting, and dashboards for revenue teams.
